Having managed to cause a casualty in her first game as a journeyman, Heartbreaker Babe was inducted into the team, given a nickname, and then promptly casualtied herself with an unhealable skullfracture in the next game.

She then retired from Blood Bowl and married an ork associated with the Fluffy White Bunnies, which she had been flirting with during the game.
