A turning point As the magnificent Fire Hooves only managed to score one lousy TD, so far, in Season 21, the coach had a quiet talk with the lads. The talk ended in tears and promises to score more and to stop falling down when running with the ball. The coach ended the heartfelt moment with the old proverb “Liar, liar, pants on fire”, and as he takes things literally we will all have to wait and see if players run faster with burning pants… |

Dungeon Bastards Our heroes boldly ventured into the dungeons, sure that victory would be in the future. Sadly, this was not to be, as the Hobgoblin in charge of the torches doused them in water instead of something that actually burns. Stumbling around in the dark is apparently not a good way to win tournaments.
The offending Hobgoblin was later used to light up his funeral... |

New uniform To celebrate the start of a long winning streak the Fire Hooves were given new uniforms for their second game, with real badass fire on their shoes. This however turned out to be a rather stupid idea, as one after the other the Chaos Dwarf Blockers fell over from the heat, two were permanently maimed, and will never walk as fast again (-MA). The Hobgoblin with great idea has now been flayed and his skin used as bandages for the poor maimed heroes.
The winning streak continues, and now the aim is set for another team to vanquish. |
